Rance Wright and Alison Franck will be offering a class devoted to all things Talent Managers! We are excited to be inviting industry professional’s Lisa Calli (Manager with Calli Company), Jason Bercy (Manager with Bercy Talent Management) and Rich Martino and Erin Burris (Managers with Whole Artists Management #WAMFAM) to the conversation to help get real points of view of those who understand the business!

This forum will last about an hour long. So join on Thursday for what promises to be a very exciting hour about all things TALENT MANAGERS!

Jason Bercy, owner of Bercy Talent Management, has been representing kids, teens and young adults for over 20 years.  Prior to founding Bercy Talent, Jason was a Talent Agent and worked in Production and Casting at Warner Bros. Studios in Los Angeles.   His clients have been seen on Broadway, National Tours, TV, Film, Voice-Overs and national network commercials.  Client success stories include FROZEN, WAITRESS, SCHOOL OF ROCK, LES MIS NATIONAL TOUR, SESAME STREET, HUNTERS, BUBBLE GUPPIES.

Rich Martino is the Principal Manager at Whole Artist Management.  Having always had a great passion for the arts Rich has made his mark as a manager, producer and director. As a Producer, Rich has been involved in numerous productions and concerts in and out of New York City. Rich also served as Associate Producer of ACE (Signature Theatre, VA) and held an interest in the 2016 Tony Award nominated Broadway revival FIDDLER ON THE ROOF (The Broadway Theater).  In addition to his work in the theater, for over a decade, Rich served as Vice President of Operations at Fareastco, Inc., a brokerage firm specializing in commodities and Bakery Ingredients. Rich was born and raised in New York and holds a B.A. in History with a concentration in Law from Hofstra University.

Erin Burris is a talent manager at Whole Artist Management. While pursuing a degree in performance she gained an interest in talent management and shortly after graduating moved to New York City. Prior to joining the team at Whole Artist Management Erin was an intern and a freelance casting assistant at Binder Casting where she assisted on projects including THE LION KING (Broadway), EMOJILAND (Off-Broadway), and The York Theatre’s Musicals in Muftis Series. Erin earned a dual degree in Musical Theatre and Communication from the State University of New York at Geneseo

Rance Wright received his MFA and MM from the Boston Conservatory and holds a BFA in Music, Dance, and Theatre from Brigham Young University. He is an accomplished performing art professional with over 20 years of experience as a consultant, casting director, manager, and artist. His most recent credits include associate casting the national tours of Guys and Dolls, Grinch, and A Christmas Story alongside NY casting veteran Alison Franck of Franck Casting. Rance also recently had his Fringe associate directorial debut in “A Step Beyond The Rain”. Rance currently guides acting for the stage and directs shows at the American Musical Theatre Academy in New York City.

In 2015 Rance created a performing arts program for Turn Community Services in Utah helping advance communication skillsets for adults with special needs. His unique style and creativity are the perfect combinations for very successful learning initiatives.

As a musical theatre artist, Rance’s credits include numerous Off-Broadway shows, National Tours, and regional productions.

Rance foresaw a need to help others gain a greater knowledge and understand- ing of their talent and art; that desire combined with his entrepreneurial spirit quickly lead to the birth of The Wright Way Coaching which is now a part of Wright Way Productions, LLC.

Rance’s personal and professional experiences along with his ability to see the talent and creativity in others have transcended his focus to furthering the knowledge and understanding of theatre, music, and dance for adults and young performers alike. Recognized professionally as one of the leaders in artists’ career development and utilizing “communication through theatre” for the personal advancement of professional artists and special needs adults are quickly becoming hallmarks of his career.

Rance is a dedicated professional artist with a distinctive vision. Through dynamic and results-driven classes, consultations and special event courses Rance has helped catapult the careers of many up and coming artists.
