DESCRIPTION:The Wright Way introduces workshops and seminars as a valuable tool to enhance your learning experience. The Wright Way believes that pedagogical workshops assist in elevating one’s performance\, auditions\, and technique. \nThe Wright Way has created this in-person Saturday programming to help you stay connected and informed of what is current and needed in the entertainment industry. Rance Wright (Performance and Auditions Coach) will be teaming up with Alison Franck (New York Casting Director; Grinch\, A Christmas Story\, An American In Paris\, etc.)\, A Director/Choreographer\, and ONE INVITED GUEST for this particular one day program. We are excited to work with you. \n***TEACHERS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE\, NO REFUNDS *** \nIndividuals interested in this program will be required to prepare multiple 1 – one minute to minute and a half Songs and/or Monologue\, fully memorized to work on. In other words bring something new or bring your up to date repertoire book. He is an accomplished performing art professional with over 20 years of experience as a consultant\, casting director\, manager\, and artist. His most recent credits include associate casting the national tours of Guys and Dolls\, Grinch\, and A Christmas Story alongside NY casting veteran Alison Franck of Franck Casting. Rance also recently had his Fringe associate directorial debut in “A Step Beyond The Rain”. Rance currently guides acting for the stage and directs shows at the American Musical Theatre Academy in New York City. \nIn 2015 Rance created a performing arts program for Turn Community Services in Utah helping advance communication skillsets for adults with special needs. His unique style and creativity are the perfect combinations for very successful learning initiatives. \nAs a musical theatre artist\, Rance’s credits include numerous Off-Broadway shows\, National Tours\, and regional productions. \nRance foresaw a need to help others gain a greater knowledge and understand- ing of their talent and art; that desire combined with his entrepreneurial spirit quickly lead to the birth of The Wright Way Coaching which is now a part of Wright Way Productions\, LLC. \nRance’s personal and professional experiences along with his ability to see the talent and creativity in others have transcended his focus to furthering the knowledge and understanding of theatre\, music\, and dance for adults and young performers alike. She started as an assistant for many Broadway Productions\, then she worked in film/TV for several years\, then from 2000-2010\, she was the Resident Casting Director at Paper Mill Playhouse. In 2011 she joined the team at Liz Lewis Casting Partners\, where she cast commercials\, voice-overs\, film/TV\, and theatre.
