The Wright Way introduces workshops as a valuable tool to enhance your learning experience. The Wright Way believes that workshops assist in elevating one’s performance, auditions, and technique.

At times like this, we must turn to each other to find ways to keep sharp on our auditions technique. So The Wright Way has created this online Two Agent Auditions Master Class to help you stay connected and informed. Rance Wright (Performance and Auditions Coach) will be teaming up with Craig Holzberg of Avalon Artists Group (New York and Los Angeles Agent) and Bonnie Shumofsky Bloom of Stewart Talent (New York and Los Angeles Agent) for this particular class. We are excited to work with you.

Individuals interested in this class will be required to prepare 1 – one minute to minute and a half Song or Monologue, fully memorized. Each student will be given the chance to perform in a safe space and will be given notes and then able to present material again.

Recognized as one of the top children’s agents in the industry, Bonnie Shumofsky Bloom, Head  of the children’s/young adult division, is known for her knowledge of the commercial, voice over and print aspects of the industry.  Bonnie has been in the industry for over Thirty Years.  She now is at  Stewart Talent Agency , Where she heads that department and is now adding  film , tv and theatre as well . She develops and offers insightful guidance to her clients, many of which have gone on to become well-known actors, producers, directors and writers within the industry.  Her reputation and knowledge within the profession is well known and she is often asked to meet and represent the children of prominent personalities in the industry.

She has a keen eye for recognizing potential in talented individuals and combines that with her ability to understand the artistic and business aspects of the entertainment industry.  Bonnie is tirelessly committed to both the individuals she represents and her industry colleagues who cast, write and produce the artistic projects at hand and testament to that are the many clients who remain with her for many years.  She prides herself on giving this same level of consistently high commitment and service to all of her clients regardless of whether the project is large or small.    She has also been an invited speaker at several acting programs and has judged many competitions over the years.

 

She has worked on numerous on-air national commercial campaigns and has represented the talented individuals who were cast in them such as the “Pepsi Girl “the “Dell Dude” and most recently the “Verizon Fios kid .”  Her field of expertise also extends into the arena of voice overs and animation.  There too she has represented clients who have been cast as leads in several long-running, well-known TV series (such as Nickelodeon’s Dora the ExplorerDiegoLittle Bill, and Backyardigans) and animated features by Pixar, Disney & Universal studios (e.g. The Incredible 1 and 2 , Super BuddiesToy StoryDespicable Me, and Despicable Me 2) and 3 and most recently the Grinch and Wonder Park.

CRAIG HOLZBERG HAS BEEN A VETERAN IN THE BUSINESS FOR OVER 35 YEARS, CRAIG HOLZBERG STARTED HIS CAREER IN LOS ANGELES AS AN ACTOR.

AFTER SEVERAL YEARS IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA, CRAIG SWITCHED GEARS MOVING TO NY WHERE HE WORKED FOR TOP FASHION HOUSES DIESEL JEANS AND CALVIN KLEIN. RANCE WRIGHT received his MFA and MM from the Boston Conservatory and holds a BFA in Music, Dance, and Theatre from Brigham Young University. He is an accomplished performing art professional with over 20 years of experience as a consultant, casting director, manager, and artist. His most recent credits include associate casting the national tours of Guys and Dolls, Grinch, and A Christmas Story alongside NY casting veteran Alison Franck of Franck Casting. Rance also recently had his Fringe associate directorial debut in “A Step Beyond The Rain”. Rance currently guides acting for the stage and directs shows at the American Musical Theatre Academy in New York City.

In 2015 Rance created a performing arts program for Turn Community Services in Utah helping advance communication skillsets for adults with special needs. His unique style and creativity are the perfect combinations for very successful learning initiatives.

As a musical theatre artist, Rance’s credits include numerous Off-Broadway shows, National Tours, and regional productions.

Rance foresaw a need to help others gain a greater knowledge and understand- ing of their talent and art; that desire combined with his entrepreneurial spirit quickly lead to the birth of The Wright Way Coaching which is now a part of Wright Way Productions, LLC.

Rance’s personal and professional experiences along with his ability to see the talent and creativity in others have transcended his focus to furthering the knowledge and understanding of theatre, music, and dance for adults and young performers alike. Recognized professionally as one of the leaders in artists’ career development and utilizing “communication through theatre” for the personal advancement of professional artists and special needs adults are quickly becoming hallmarks of his career.
