Voice Over Auditions Class w/ Allie Silber, DDO VOICE OVER AGENT

The Wright Way introduces workshops as a valuable tool to enhance your learning experience. The Wright Way believes that workshops assist in elevating one’s performance, auditions, and technique.

At times like this, we must turn to each other to find ways to keep sharp on our auditions technique. So The Wright Way has created this online Voice Over Auditions class w/ a super important VO AGENT to help you stay connected, informed, and on top of your game. Rance Wright (Performance and Auditions Coach) will be teaming up with Allie Silber (Voice Over Agent w/ DDO Artists Agency) for this particular class. We are excited to work with you!

Individuals interested in this class will be required to prepare copy that will be handed prior to class to students for this commercial class.

Allie graduated from Boston University with a major in Film and Television and a minor in Public Relations. She started her career out in the Children’s and Young Adults Division at Abrams Artists Agency as an Executive Assistant to the Head of the Children’s Division in July 2017. She was quickly promoted to Agent-in-Training, and then shortly after, to Agent within her short time at Abrams. She represented kids for On-Camera Commercials, Endorsements, Voiceover and Print. Since September 2019, she has been an Agent for Voiceover Division at DDO Artists Agency, where she now represents both kids and adults for all things Voiceover – including Animation, Commercials, Radio, Podcasts, Video Games and Audiobooks to name some categories. Allie works with high-profile casting directors from all over the country, including Nickelodeon, DreamWorks, Disney, 20th Century Animation and more! She continues to scout, develop and represent talent from across the country.

RANCE WRIGHT received his MFA and MM from the Boston Conservatory and holds a BFA in Music, Dance, and Theatre from Brigham Young University. He is an accomplished performing art professional with over 20 years of experience as a consultant, casting director, manager, and artist. His most recent credits include associate casting the national tours of Guys and Dolls, Grinch, and A Christmas Story alongside NY casting veteran Alison Franck of Franck Casting. Rance also recently had his Fringe associate directorial debut in “A Step Beyond The Rain”. Rance currently guides acting for the stage and directs shows at the American Musical Theatre Academy in New York City.

In 2015 Rance created a performing arts program for Turn Community Services in Utah helping advance communication skillsets for adults with special needs. His unique style and creativity are the perfect combinations for very successful learning initiatives.

As a musical theatre artist, Rance’s credits include numerous Off-Broadway shows, National Tours, and regional productions.

Rance foresaw a need to help others gain a greater knowledge and understand- ing of their talent and art; that desire combined with his entrepreneurial spirit quickly lead to the birth of The Wright Way Coaching which is now a part of Wright Way Productions, LLC.

Rance’s personal and professional experiences along with his ability to see the talent and creativity in others have transcended his focus to furthering the knowledge and understanding of theatre, music, and dance for adults and young performers alike. Recognized professionally as one of the leaders in artists’ career development and utilizing “communication through theatre” for the personal advancement of professional artists and special needs adults are quickly becoming hallmarks of his career.

Through dynamic and results-driven classes, consultations and special event courses Rance has helped catapult the careers of many up and coming artists.
