Diakeim Lyles Bio:

A native New Yorker, Diakeim began his career attending LaGuardia HS of the Performing Arts. He continued studying acting with a focus on filmmaking, and spent a year abroad at Middlesex University in London via SUNY Binghamton’s BFA program. He completed a stage manager/PA apprenticeship at the Powerhouse Theater at Vassar College, working with prominent actors like Frances McDormand and Sam Rockwell. His diverse training led him to pursue a career in Film/VO/Commercial casting. Diakeim Lyles has been a commercial casting for the last 23+ years and has worked independently with various casting houses in the New York area including: Brooke Thomas Casting, Beth Melsky casting, Envision Studios, House Casting, Allison Twardziak Casting, David Vaccari and Liz Lewis Casting to name a few. He is also a private virtual acting coach and teaches commercial Audition technique at the New York film academy,The New York conservatory for Dramatic arts and William Esper Studio to name a few. Actors respond to his outgoing personality making them feel relaxed during auditions so that clients always get their best performance. He loves casting. Recently, he completed casting for indie film “The Caller Returns”, AI and The Future of US(An Oprah Winfrey Special), Nerds Candy VO with Broadcasters and a Doritos Super Bowl Commercial with Jenna Ortega (“Dina & Mita) through Liz Lewis Casting.

Rance Wright Bio: 

With more than 20 years of experience developing performers and shaping careers, Rance Wright is recognized as a leading performance coach, industry consultant, and career strategist for artists working across Broadway, national tours, television, film, and commercial markets. As the Founder and CEO of The Wright Way Coaching, Rance is known for his ability to identify each artist’s unique strengths and translate them into confident, marketable, and industry-ready performers.

Rance holds a Master of Fine Arts from the Boston Conservatory and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Music, Dance, and Theatre from Brigham Young University. His professional background spans the industry as a performer, teacher, manager, casting professional, and producer—giving his clients rare insight into what today’s decision-makers are truly looking for.

In addition to coaching hundreds of working artists, Rance has served as an associate casting professional alongside New York casting director Alison Franck (Franck Casting) on national tours including Guys and Dolls, Dr. Seuss’ How the Grinch Stole Christmas, and A Christmas Story. This hands-on casting experience informs his practical, results-driven approach to audition technique, branding, and career navigation.

Artists coached by Rance have gone on to perform on Broadway, national tours, Off-Broadway, television, film, cruise lines, and major regional theatres. Credits include performers from productions such as Leopoldstadt, Grey House, The Book of Mormon, Kinky Boots, The Prom, Parade (NY City Center), MJ National Tour, Frozen National Tour, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Mean Girls, Anastasia, and more.

As a performer himself, Rance’s credits include Off-Broadway and national tours, giving him firsthand understanding of the demands and realities of a professional career. His passion for mentorship and career development led to the creation of multiple training initiatives that now operate under Wright Way Productions, LLC, including master classes, intensives, showcases, and career consultation programs.

Rance’s coaching goes beyond technique. His work focuses on confidence, communication, authenticity, and strategic career growth, helping artists of all ages develop not only their performance skills but also the mindset and professional tools needed to succeed in a competitive industry.
