Join New York City performance coach Rance Wright, founder of The Wright Way Coaching, for an in-depth Musical Theatre Auditions Master Class designed to elevate your audition technique, storytelling, and confidence in the room.

In this interactive class, participants will bring one musical theatre piece of their choice and work on it in a supportive group setting. Students will receive personalized coaching focused on strengthening acting choices, musical interpretation, vocal delivery, and overall audition presence.

One of the most powerful aspects of this class is the opportunity to learn not only from your own coaching but from observing others. Watching fellow performers work through adjustments, storytelling choices, and audition strategies provides valuable insight into what truly works in the room.

Participants can expect to:

• Receive individualized coaching on their audition piece

• Strengthen storytelling and character connection

• Improve musical phrasing and interpretation

• Learn professional audition techniques used in NYC

• Gain insight by observing other performers’ work and adjustments

This master class is designed to feel safe, encouraging, and artistically focused, allowing performers to take risks, grow, and deepen their craft.

Rance Wright is a New York City–based performance coach, educator, and performer, and the founder of The Wright Way Coaching, one of NYC’s most respected musical theatre training programs for young performers.

With decades of experience in the industry, Rance has helped guide students who have gone on to perform on Broadway, National Tours, television, film, and leading regional theatres. Known for his work in acting pedagogy, vocal performance development, and audition technique, Rance is passionate about helping artists build strong foundational technique while discovering their authentic voice as performers.
