Step into the spotlight for an extraordinary weekend of coaching, storytelling, music, and live performance!

The Wright Way Cabaret Weekend is an immersive two-day experience designed to introduce performers to the beautiful and intimate art of cabaret. Unlike a traditional theatrical performance, cabaret asks performers to connect directly with their audience, share their authentic point of view, and transform each song into a personal and compelling story.

For many performers, this will be an entirely new way of approaching their material—and an invaluable opportunity to grow in confidence, communication, stage presence, and artistry.

A Remarkable Performance Opportunity

On Saturday, participants will experience a full day of intensive coaching and rehearsal, running approximately 9:00/9:30 AM to 5:30/6:00 PM, in preparation for a live cabaret performance on Sunday afternoon/evening.

Throughout the weekend, performers will learn how to:

Create an authentic connection with an audience
Discover and communicate the story within a song
Develop stronger acting and performance choices
Build confidence and command the stage
Explore the unique style and structure of cabaret
Receive individualized coaching from leading New York City professionals
Perform for family, friends, and invited entertainment-industry professionals

This experience is more than a performance—it is an opportunity for each artist to discover a more personal, honest, and elevated way of sharing their talent.

Work With Two of New York City’s Finest

Participants will work closely with Broadway professionals Alison Franck and John O’Neill.

With their extensive experience in casting, musical direction, performance, and professional development, Alison and John understand how to identify what makes an artist unique and help performers elevate their work to their highest caliber.

Their thoughtful, individualized coaching will guide each participant toward a performance that feels polished, professional, personal, and entirely their own.

Sunday: Live Cabaret Performance/Showcase

On Sunday afternoon, participants will bring their work to life in a professional-style New York City cabaret performance for family, friends, and invited industry professionals.

This is their opportunity to take everything they learned on Saturday and step confidently into the spotlight—sharing their voices, stories, and individuality with a live audience.

Tuition

Early-Bird Tuition: $500
Register by October 1, 2026, to receive the early-bird rate.

Regular Tuition: $600

Saturday – October 10th:
10-11 group numbers
11-1 private with John and Alison (2 rooms)
1-2 lunch
2-4:30- private continues (2 rooms)
4:30-6 group for staging and stumble thru

Sunday – October 11th:
1-4 clean and run
5:45 sound check
7:30 performance at Don’t Tell Mama’s
